TENTATIVE Pond Hockey league schedules have been posted online. Do NOT post these in your calendars as I am finding some date/time discrepancies still.
I will post team rosters when the divisions are full (only the paid players will be posted, those not paid will be given 2 days to pay or they will lose their spots).

Top Guns is holding a Novice Easter Camp April 5-9th at Fairview Arena. 5:30-6:45pm M-F. $150+tx. = $160.05. To register simply email bmh@shaw.ca . Once you receive confirmation, you can make the payment online at www.topguns.ca.
The ice times will focus on forward and backward skating, edge control, stride, tight turns, pivots, puck control, shooting and passing.Speed training and resistance training using parachutes will be introduced to help players achieve their maximum potential

The first team practice for 2003 is Tuesday, March 9th 5:45-6:45pm at Frank McCool. There are still 2 spots left if anyone is interested in trying out. Your player should be one of the top (1 or 2 players) on his minor hockey team in order to qualify. I am very pleased to announce that Brad Sparkes will be coaching the team this year!

Top Guns Hockey Development is currently scouting elite and hard working 2003 born players to join our 2K3 AAA Spring team. Representatives from Top Guns, will be attending various minor hockey games, tournaments and camps, scouting players. Those we believe have the work ethic and potential to play AAA hockey, will be personally invited to attend evaluation skates held by the Top Guns organization.
Anyone interested in being considered for the team or looking for more information, should contact Jennifer Huber bmh@shaw.ca or 403-464-2839.

The 2000 AAA Top Guns are pleased to announce that we will be holding tryouts for a limited number of positions available on our Spring tournament team for players born in the year 2000.The tryouts will be held on a rolling basis through the month of November, beginning November 3rd.For more information or to be considered for a tryout, please contact Stephen Diotte at diotteslams@shaw.ca.

What an amazing draft for the players from the Calgary Top Guns 1989 team. Below are the draft picks.
First Round Thomas Hickey 4th overall Los Angeles Kings
Second Round Dana Tyrell - 47th pick Tampa Bay Lighnting
Second Round T.J. Galiardi - 55th pick Colorado Avalanche
Howden Makes the Warriors Record Book as the Team's Highest Ever Bantam Draft Pick -- the Moose Jaw Warriors selected forward Quinton Howden as their 1st round, 1st overall draft pick of the 2007 WHL Bantam Draft.
The 6’2 170lb forward of Oak Bank, MB has posted impressive numbers and has now placed himself in the Tribe’s record book without even dawning the jersey yet. Howden is now the highest selected Bantam draft pick in Moose Jaw Warriors history.
Quinton Howden Position: Left Wing Height: 6’2 Weight: 170lb DOB: January 12, 1992 Hometown: Oak Bank, MB (formerly Calgary, Alberta)
Quinton Howden played spring hockey for the 1992 Top Guns while the family lived in Calgary. Quinton was blessed with great speed, size and a real desire to win.
We wish Quinton all the best as he joins his new team the Moose Jaw Warriors. Quinton will be joining former Top Guns Giffin Nyren a 1989 Top Guns player with the Mosse Jaw Warriors.
