Calgary Top Guns is pleased to announce that registration is now open for its 2009-2010 winter skills program for Atom (born 1999-2000) players.  The first half of our schedule will run for 10 weeks starting on October 13th,
2009, and will once again be held at the Southland Leisure Centre (4:30 pm).  Participation will be capped at 20 skaters and 2 goalies, and the program will be targeted at community players in Atom 4 and above.  This year's on-ice program will be designed and led by Todd Jones, coach of the 2000 AAA Top Guns, with the support of his coaching staff.  Todd honed his skills with the North Bay Trappers of the Ontario Hockey League, and has spent the past 12 seasons as a Head Coach at the Pee Wee and Bantam levels.  In addition to focusing on the fundamentals (forward and backward skating, edge control, stride, tight turns, pivots, puck control, shooting and passing), this year's program will also feature position-specific instruction and
conditioning training.  The cost of the program is $220 and includes 10 hours of on-ice instruction.  To register your child, please provide the following information by e-mail to topguns@shaw.ca:
